Housing Link provides individually tailored community support to adults living in Dacorum, who face difficulties in maintaining their tenancy, or are at risk of tenancy difficulties in the future. These difficulties could be due to mental health problems, learning disabilities, drug/alcohol use, or a combination of these issues.

Midpoint provides residential rehabilitation for people with severe and enduring mental health problems between the ages of 18 and 65. Diagnosed with severe and enduring mental illness and are on the enhanced level of the Care Programme Approach.

Short Breaks for Carers provides short periods of respite to carers of people with mental health difficulties living in West Hertfordshire. We help by spending time with the mental health service user so that the carer can take time out.

Support Link offers intensive community support and assertive outreach support to people in West Hertfordshire who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties and have a history of associated offending behaviour and/or difficulties with drug/alcohol misuse.

Young Onset Dementia services offers short periods of respite to carers of younger people with dementia in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere. We help by spending time with the dementia service user so that the carer can take time out.
