How does our Complex Needs Service work?
Every individual is unique and every person requires support that’s purpose built for them. Our Complex Needs Service offers practical, whole person support that increases quality of life, promoting independence and recovery. Our service can cover all areas including:
- Emotional and practical support for individuals and carers
- Support to solve real-life problems including housing and debt
- Signposting to carers’ services and carers’ support groups
- Onward referrals to other services
- Support to access advice and information on education and careers
- Informal ongoing support for families
- Help to reduce episodes of crisis and support recovery
- Support to access existing community based services and agencies
- Help to build confidence, self esteem and life skills
- Support to create and build new social networks
- Education about the interplay between types of complex needs
