Complex Needs Service Referrals
Our service is for adults of working age who are identified as having complex needs, their carers and families living in the Hertford, Cheshunt and Ware areas of east Hertfordshire.
The service is open access, so any individual with a learning disability, mental health need or substance misuse problem is welcome to refer themselves, or their family, carers and representatives can do so on their behalf. Referrals can also be made by any agency operating in the area. Carers can also self refer to the service if they would like direct support themselves.
